Grave Mistake: Production

Grave mistake has been picked up and is being distributed by Maxim Media International. The official release date to nationwide video stores is December 2nd!!

Grave Mistake began it's first shooting day in front of my very own home at the time in Rio Rancho, NM. We shot all the semi truck stuff out front in the street with Kurt and Dotty Cochrell. Craig Ponder was also on screen as our very first zombie for the film.

We moved onto the cemetery set all built out of foam. I had a lot of fun building those stones. About 25 of them all engraved with names of crew and family. Then on to the office building where we spent 6 weeks and then eventually to the hardware store and the garage.

Production took place in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Socorro and Las Cruces. All over the beautiful state of New Mexico.

The entire "production" phase of "Grave Mistake" took approximately 8 months to complete due to some scheduling conflicts, an unexpected divorce and having to move 3-4 times around the state.

All in all it was a great ride and we are ready to do it all again!!
